looking over the King's River to the site

It's a lovely walk to the priory -- along the King's River to an old mill, and then around to a lovely new footbridge bfore you approach the main part of the ruin. It's a nice walk, and the ruins are lovely. SItting in the enormous courtyard in the afternoon sun was a high point of our day -- absolutely quiet, pale sunshine, and the grey walls surorunding you...great!
