Matchmaking

Looking down over the town of Lisdoonvarna

Lisdoonvarna lies just south of Doolin, and on the edge of The Burren -- it's a lovely little town, and the drive on the Doolin peninsula is beautiful. The town is best known for its Matchmaking Festival in September -- it's more of a huge town party nowadays, but it's supposed to be fun. There is also a natural spring spa in town.
