Hanging Church

Directly above the water gate and towers is the Hanging Church. Much of the current church building is 19th century, but the ornate marble pulpit and screens are from teh 13th century, and the foundatios of the churhc were started in the 13th century.

THe churcn is dedicated to the Virgin Mary.
